Among Enviraz’ biggest clients, are private homeowners and housing associations who require asbestos removal to be carried out within domestic premises. We appreciate these works differ greatly from commercial premises requiring a high level of coordination, coordination and sensitivity. With this in mind we have specialist operatives, experienced in domestic and insurance work, ready to be dispatched throughout the UK and Ireland.
We work closely with housing associations on our projects where quick turnaround is a priority to allow for tenant re-occupation. Our operatives are specially trained to interact with vulnerable tenants and provide a friendly, informed service to those concerned about asbestos.
For our Insurance / Loss Adjustor clients, we can also provide an asbestos buildings survey where required. We appreciate that these clients are highly KPI and SLA driven, requiring central coordination and transparent information reporting, therefor Enviraz uses our bespoke works breakdown and analysis system to meet our client requirements.
In order to exceed our client’s requirements and those of the Health and Safety Executive, we have developed a range of specialist equipment to assist our operatives and to ensure that our works cause as little disruption as possible to our clients. This equipment includes:
- Self contained welfare vehicles containing food consumption and toilet facilities
- Unliveried vans (without company logo) for use in sensitive areas to ensure that our presence onsite does not cause concern to 3rd parties.
- Asbestos waste transport vehicles, which can assist in the removal of waste from site at a time that suits our clients (i.e. outwith normal working hours etc)
For more unexpected, exceptional situations we have bespoke management plans in place to ensure we have the capacity to cope with sudden, increased demand following natural emergencies, like severe winter weather and flooding.
