Often these sites require specific site safety training and inductions, so we tailor our strict processes to meet the individual needs of every site and client. From work within large industrial process, such as petrochemical plants or steel works, to small-scale projects within distilleries and functioning factories, we will ensure that all works are carried out to fulfil the requirements of our clients while meeting stringent asbestos legislation.
Our procedures include, but are not restricted to:
- Hot works – use of specialist equipment / procedures in high ambient temperatures
- Confined space – use of specialist access and safety equipment to ensure safety while working within confined spaces.
- Work at height – Use of specialist equipment such as cherrypickers to undertake asbestos removal at height within large multi-story factories.
Often operating as the main contractor on site, Enviraz’ clients have confidence in our ability to complete a contract in a safe and efficient manner thanks to our experience and proven track record. Working together with our clients’ H&S teams, we are regularly involved in job critical planning to ensure seamless changeover during key shutdown periods. In order to facilitate this, we can provide 24/7 cover to ensure works are completed with minimal disruption.
We have the organisational flexibility to base operatives on site for long-term projects. This ensures continuity of staff within a project, helping to establish safety standards and build relationships with our clients.
