Contracts Administrator

Full Time / Permanent

Enviraz Scotland Ltd are an independently owned Asbestos Removal Contractor based in Central Scotland offering a range of Asbestos Remediation and Management Services to Public and Private Sector Organisations.  We  are seeking a motivated individual to join our operations team as a Contracts Administrator.

Asbestos Removal and remediation


  • Liaising with our contract management team
  • Organise incoming and outgoing paperwork to ensure quality standards are met
  • Administration of training systems and ensuring re-certification is coordinated in a timely manner
  • Administration of project workflows
  • Liaising with our client contacts to assist in the coordination of our site teams
  • Assisting with the pre-construction processes (Quotation/and Order preparation);
  • Assisting with contract programming and scheduling
  • Assisting with project handover
  • Internal quality and compliance auditing

Key skills and qualifications

  • Strong IT and reporting skills alongside good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and proficiency with fundamental Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Ability to work flexibly and prioritise workload
  • Construction industry experience preferred but not necessary
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently;
  • Confident, driven and enthusiastic to succeed within an established organisation
